Who Should Apply

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

2–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building materials.

Experience in residential projects preferred.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes will be an added advantage.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead Design Projects: Manage architectural designs from concept to completion.

Create & Present: Prepare layouts, drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.

Collaborate with Teams: Coordinate with developers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Monitor Site Progress: Conduct site visits and ensure designs are executed correctly.

Resolve Challenges: Address design and technical issues during project execution.

Ensure Compliance: Follow building regulations, approval requirements, and industry standards.

Maintain Documentation: Keep project drawings, revisions, and records up to date.

Drive Innovation: Explore new materials, technologies, and sustainable design solutions
