Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Liaison Architect with Business Development expertise to join our growing real estate team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying redevelopment opportunities, handling project feasibility, and managing end-to-end liaisoning and approvals with government authorities.
This role requires strong knowledge of
DCPR 2034 , redevelopment regulations, and hands-on experience in managing approvals and NOCs for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire redevelopment project opportunities
- Conduct feasibility analysis and prepare project reports
- Handle liaisoning with government authorities for approvals NOCs
- Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034 redevelopment policies (33.11, 33.12B, 33.20B)
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage tender documentation submissions
- Maintain proper project documentation and compliance records
Key Requirements
- 7+ years experience in real estate redevelopment
- Certified Liaison Architect
- Strong knowledge of Mumbai approval process (MCGM, NOCs, etc.)
- Experience in project acquisition BD activities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Excellent communication negotiation skills
