We are seeking a skilled Architect with 3-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans and designs for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences in design.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and quality assurance.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
