Roles And Responsibilities
Review drawings and relevant documents received from external consultants. Furnish final GFC
drawings
End to end coordination between the consultants (RCC, MEP, Architect, MOEF,CFO etc)
Support Liaison team
All coordinating with the consultants as well and internal and external teams to collate data. To
conduct on-site meetings and project consultant meetings and coordinate schedule reviews .
To prepare project status reports / minutes of meetings .
Prepare/analyze information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color,
equipment, estimated costs, and/ or construction time and provide inputs to agencies regarding the
same

To plan and monitor the work of team members for on time completion
Creative thinking and a strong understanding of design trends in real estate Minimum 9+ years of
relevant work experience as Project Architect, handling end to end design development process
Junior Architect

*Job Description*
- Design,Drafting and Construction details.
- You will be responsible for preparing Detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with the Project Architects,structural,MEP amp; other consultants regularly for statutory
approvals and drive the timely approvals
- Coordination with in house engineers amp; Site team .
- Have good knowledge of various building norms,Proposal drawings, Detailed working drawings,
- Interest or prior experience working on SRA Projects
- You will need to visit the site once a week or as and when urgently required.
- Ensure and supervise Architectural, MEP amp; Structural drawings,specications and construction
documents
- Resolve discrepancies between drawings and actual and coordinate the same with the teams.
- Ensure all the tasks are executed and deliverables are met, according to the scheduled deadline.
- Document meetings through photographs and details,as applicable.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity in AutoCAD,
- Additional knowledge of Revit, SketchUp amp; Photoshop
- Should be able to draft various construction/ Architectural drawings for construction sites
- Work to a budget, reporting on expenditure, and ensuring internal records and forecasts are kept
up to date.
- Compile project specications, keep within timelines.
