About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-orientedArchitectto design and oversee luxury and sustainable real estate projects. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design concepts to life while ensuring compliance with functionality, aesthetics, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
  • Prepare working drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors during project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Select suitable materials and finishes in line with project themes.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to approved designs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed architect with relevant certifications preferred.
  • 37 years of professional architectural experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design tools.
  • Strong creativity, visualization, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
