Role Overview As a Junior Architect with 1-2 years of experience, you will support project teams in bringing creative visions to life, learning from seasoned professionals while contributing fresh ideas. This role is ideal for those eager to grow in a supportive environment, honing skills in design, detailing, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of architectural drawings, models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Participate in project research, exploring inspirations from buildings, art, materials, and urban environments.
  • Contribute to team discussions, sharing ideas and celebrating small victories in a spirit of togetherness.
  • Support site visits and detail work, approaching tasks with humility, seriousness, and a respect for the craft.
  • Adapt to team dynamics, take on responsibilities, and evolve through hands-on learning and feedback.
  • Bring positive energy and sincerity to daily studio life, fostering honest conversations and meaningful creations.

Required Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized university.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in architecture.
  • Good command over architectural drawings, detailing, and project understanding.
  • Proficiency in essential software: AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), SketchUp.
  • Presentation-making skills: Ability to communicate ideas clearly through layouts, diagrams, and concept narratives.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, adapt, and take responsibility.

Additional Preferences

  • Strong communication skills: Verbal and written.
  • Passion for architecture, design, research, and continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
