Architect (SKETCHUP, SKETCHUP LAYOUT & AUTOCAD)

Jaipur, Rajasthan | Full-Time | On-site

Design Core Consultants (P) Ltd. is looking for a skilled Architect to join our growing team. If you excel at creating precise drawings and 3D models and enjoy collaborating across architectural and engineering disciplines, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Create and update 2D/3D models in SketchUp, and AutoCAD

Prepare annotated plan sets and layouts in SketchUp Layout

Convert sketches and markups into technical drawings

Produce as-built drawings and revise plans based on field conditions

Apply redlines from architects, engineers, and project managers

Coordinate drawings across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines

Ensure drawing clarity, accuracy, and graphic consistency

Follow relevant building codes and drafting standards

Maintain layers, lineweights, file structure, and version control

Prepare drawings for permits and construction

Required Skills & Experience

35+ years of experience

Strong proficiency in English, SketchUp, SketchUp Layout & AutoCAD

Solid understanding of building assemblies and construction drawings

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in residential or light commercial drafting

Familiarity with Title 24, structural details, and construction permitting

Knowledge of rendering or visualization tools

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
