Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Architect with approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural and urban-scale projects, particularly within the public sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong visualization and detailing skills, along with a deep understanding of construction drawings, documents, and project coordination. This role requires a proactive professional who can collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models for public sector projects.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, documents, and technical specifications.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve design and construction-related issues.
- Work effectively within team dynamics and contribute as a reliable team player.
- Assist in developing and monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; Master's Degree such as M.Arch, Urban Design, or Landscape Architecture is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and urban-scale projects, preferably in the public sector.
- Strong command over construction drawings, detailing, technical documents, and specifications.
- Excellent design visualization skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines efficiently.
