About the Role:

Seeking a skilled Architect with strong design and project execution capabilities. Candidates educated from CEPT University will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and contracting teams.
• Ensure design compliance with project requirements, regulations, and timelines.
• Support site teams with design clarifications and modifications.
• Review materials, finishes, and ensure quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture (CEPT University preferred).
• 26 years of experience in real estate or residential projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools.
• Good understanding of building codes, bye-laws, and construction processes.
• Strong communication, detailing, and project coordination skills.
