Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the design process and developing detailed Design for a variety of prestigious projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the US, including residential, luxury resorts, and mixed-use developments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural and interior design solutions for diverse international projects.
- Prepare high-quality drawings, presentations, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material palettes.
- Produce detailed construction drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation that meet global standards and regional building regulations.
- Ensure all design outputs align with international codes, sustainability guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary partners across locations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material selection, samples, specifications, and design feasibility.
- Conduct periodic site visits for measurements, quality checks, design clarifications, and project progress reviews.
- Present design concepts, proposals, and technical details to clients and senior stakeholders confidently.
- Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and commercially viable design solutions.
- Manage design timelines, deliverables, revisions, and documentation with strong attention to detail and ownership.
- Lead or participate in design workshops, reviews, and stakeholder discussions as required.
- Stay updated with global design trends, materials, design technologies, and innovation in architecture and interiors.
- Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as Architect, Interior Design Architect and or Landscape Architect. field.
- Strong understanding of Architectural, Landscape & Interior design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Working knowledge of building codes and regulations (relevant to specific country/region is a plus).
- Experience with other BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
Good to Have:
- Experience with parametric design and scripting languages (e.g., Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper).
