About the Role

We are looking for an Architect with experience in interior and design development, capable of handling both detailed drawings and client coordination. The role focuses on preparing design concepts and translating into clear, execution-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare interior architectural and interior drawing set complete.

Develop furniture layouts, cabinetry, and millwork drawings.

Produce construction drawing sets including electrical and plumbing layouts

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and incorporate feedback

Reviewing shop drawings.

Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across all documentation

Coordinate with 3D visualization teams to align drawings with rendered outputs

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Ability to learn quickly from reference sets and apply knowledge & standards independently.

Familiarity with residential and or commercial interior projects.

46 years of experience focused on interior / architecture projects

Prior client-facing experience and confidence in design discussions

Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and detailing

Proficiency in AutoCAD and sketchup (mandatory)

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
