Qualifications
- Space Planning, and expertise in architectural and interior projects.
- Design, drawings development and project oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture for Architect Positions.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior for Interior Architect Positions.
- Minimum 2 years of Work Experience in Architectural industry, preferably in Institutional and Commercial segments.
- Minimum 2 years of Work Experience in Interior design industry, preferably in Commercial & Retail segments.
- Proficiency in Software such as Revit, Sketchup, etc.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, architectural details, interior details, etc for execution drawings.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Drive Innovative thinking, consistently finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Take ownership to deliver end-to-end projects.
- Lead design and its development process that includes concept design, design development, working drawing with details for architecture and interior projects.
- Able to understand and create BOQs to assist the team.
- Collaborate seamlessly with teams, contractors, consultants to achieve project goals.
- Documentation of project details and resources.
- Leadership skills to motivate & lead the team.
