Role Description

We are looking for an Assistant Architect with 35 years of experience who can handle architectural and interior working drawings and take ownership of project documentation and coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating design into precise execution drawings and coordinating with site teams.

• Prepare architectural and interior working drawings
• Develop detailed interior drawings (furniture, ceiling, electrical, joinery)
• Coordinate drawings with site teams, consultants, and vendors
• Assist in design development and detailing
• Prepare BOQs and material specifications
• Ensure drawings are site-ready and execution-friendly

• Strong command of AutoCAD
• Experience with SketchUp / Revit
• Ability to prepare complete drawing sets
• Good understanding of interior detailing
• Familiarity with site coordination
