At ANxStudio, we work in the space between architecture, landscape and ecology. We are interested in buildings that belong to their terrain, spaces that work with water, and landscapes that are designed to become more alive over time.

We're looking for an Architect to join our studio in Noida.

Not someone who only wants to draw buildings.

Someone who wants to think through them.

What you'll be doing

• Developing architectural concepts and spatial ideas
• Working closely with landscape from the very beginning of a project
• Translating ideas into plans, sections, elevations and details
• Exploring materials, structure, light, terrain and vegetation as part of one design
• Working on residences, hospitality, retreats, townships and larger landscape-led developments
• Coordinating with consultants and getting your hands dirty with the realities of construction
• Visiting sites, understanding what is actually being built, and learning from it
• Making drawings and presentations that communicate an idea, not just document it

What we're looking for

B.Arch / M.Arch with a strong design sensibility.

You should be comfortable with AutoCAD and have a working knowledge of tools such as Rhino / SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Lumion/D5. Revit, Grasshopper or QGIS are a plus, but software is not the reason we hire people.

And how much you care about the thing being built.

You should be able to take a thought from a rough sketch to a resolved design—and be willing to rethink it when the site tells you otherwise.
