Junior Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Architect based in New Delhi at Studio Sh.A.De. The individual will be responsible for overseeing project designs, timelines, and budgets throughout the design and construction process. He / She will also work with clients to establish their needs and desires, and oversee the production of working drawings and design concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture,
• Experience in residential sector(architecture And Interior)
• Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Junior Architect
• Thorough knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building materials, building codes, and construction techniques
• Excellent ability to produce and coordinate high-quality design documentation, including presentation materials and construction documentation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including clients, contractors, and other consultants
• Strong project management skills, including a proven track record of managing project schedules and budgets
• Advanced proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite
