Role Description The Senior Interior Architect at bludesign is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves leading interior architecture and design projects from concept to completion, including client briefings, conceptualization, space planning, design development, and coordination with project teams. The Senior Interior Architect will prepare detailed drawings, material specifications, and design documentation, and oversee interior fit-out execution to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are met. This role also includes collaborating with consultants and contractors, reviewing site work, resolving design and technical issues, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. The Senior Interior Architect will mentor junior team members, contribute to design reviews, and support continuous improvement of design processes and standards within the studio.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic, and user-centered layouts.
- Solid foundation in Architecture and Interior Architecture, including design principles, building systems, codes, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience in Interior Fit-out, including coordination with vendors, contractors, and site teams for high-quality execution.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
- Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and multi-stakeholder communication.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating interior architecture projects, preferably in commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, conduct regular site visits, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
