About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Architect to lead projects from concept through execution. You'll be responsible for driving design, coordinating teams and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered with a high level of design and technical excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident taking ownership, enjoys solving complex design challenges, and can balance creativity with execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept design through construction.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, presentations and material palettes.
• Prepare and review detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and clients.
• Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related challenges.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and internal coordination.
• Mentor junior architects and support the growth of the design team.
• Ensure design quality and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture and interiors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing built work.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail or commercial projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of enscpe or any other rendering software is an advantage.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work collaboratively within a team.
