Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR - Follow Up professional specializing in the Voice Process, based in Ahmedabad. Key responsibilities include following up with insurance companies via phone or email to resolve outstanding claims, reviewing and analyzing account receivables, updating account information, and ensuring timely resolution of payment delays. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and adherence to company and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess account performance and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Knowledge of Finance and Invoicing to understand claim processing and billing procedures
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, especially in voice-based interactions
• Experience in Debt Collection or account resolution processes
• Familiarity with medical billing and revenue cycle management is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adapt to a dynamic work environment
