Lead Generation Analyst (Pharma)
Role Objective
Generate high-quality prospects & leads by reaching out to pharma companies through Emails, LinkedIn, and other channels, and converting prospects into interested leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Reach out to prospects through emails, LinkedIn and other communication channels
- Execute high-volume touchpoints to achieve monthly targets
- Engage prospects and create interest in the platform
- Qualify prospects based on response and business relevance
- Convert prospects into leads
- Maintain proper follow-up cycles and communication tracking
- Update the lead in CRM with all interactions and status
- Source companies from trade data, websites, LinkedIn, directories, exhibition records and other online free or paid sources.
- Conduct deep research on products, molecules, and trade patterns.
- Validate relevance based on pharma activity and business fit.
- Get contact Email IDs, LinkedIn IDs and contact numbers of the prospects.
- Structure data (Clean, Standardized, No Duplicates).
Skills Required:-
- Basic understanding of pharma industry (API / FDF / Intermediates preferred)
- Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Confidence in cold outreach and follow-ups
- CRM tools / Excel / LinkedIn usage
- Pharma understanding (API/FDF/Intermediates).
- Basic English proficiency (Speed-reading, comprehension and typing).
- Strong research &internet web-surfing skills.
- Analytical thinking.
- Excel/Google Sheets.
Ideal Candidate:-
- B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/ BSc./ MSc.
- 03 years experience in sales / lead generation
