Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aptitude Trainer role based in Vishakhapatnam. The Aptitude Trainer will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and related placement-focused topics. Responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating practice questions and mock tests, evaluating student performance, and providing structured feedback to help learners improve. The trainer will collaborate with the academic and content teams to update training materials based on industry trends and placement patterns. The role also involves mentoring students, addressing individual learning gaps, and supporting workshops, bootcamps, and campus training programs as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner groups.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students for campus placements, competitive exams, or assessment tests, preferably in the tech or education domain.
- Excellent classroom management, presentation, and communication skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching style.
- Ability to design and refine practice questions, assessments, and mock tests aligned with current placement and aptitude test patterns.
- Comfort with using digital tools, presentations, and learning platforms to enhance in-person sessions and track learner progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field; a strong academic record in aptitude-related subjects is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset, patience, and openness to feedback, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve training methods.
- Prior experience working with college students or early-career professionals, and fluency in English; familiarity with regional languages is a plus.
