Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Aptitude Trainer to train students in
quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical skills to help them succeed in competitive exams and campus recruitment tests.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
- Prepare students for placement aptitude tests and competitive exams.
- Develop practice questions, mock tests, and training materials.
- Track student progress and provide individual guidance.
- Conduct problem-solving sessions and doubt clarification classes.
- Work closely with the placement team to align training with company recruitment patterns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in aptitude training or competitive exam coaching.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good teaching and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students
