Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Vellore, with flexibility to work partially from home. As an Aptitude Trainer at Learnspire.AI, your key responsibilities include designing and delivering effective training programs on quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal aptitude. You will conduct interactive sessions, prepare assessment materials tailored to candidate needs, identify skill gaps, and provide actionable feedback to improve student performance. Regular collaboration with the content development and analytics teams will ensure alignment of training modules with real-world placement scenarios.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quantitative, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Aptitude training.
- Proficient in designing and delivering customized training plans to meet institutional and individual learning objectives.
- Skilled in identifying skill gaps, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to students.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse learners.
- Ability to leverage technology, including AI-driven tools, to enhance training outcomes.
- Experience with test preparation for competitive exams or placement scenarios is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in aptitude training or related areas are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with a base in Vellore and remote work as required.
