Job Description
To drive the successful execution of Discovery solution projects, coordinating across teams to manage timelines, client communications, and project status updates. Key duties include overseeing project milestones, preparing proposals, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client needs.
- To manage the Discovery solution projects awarded to PPL Ahmedabad.
- To co-ordinate with Business Development team for submitting RFI/ RFQ's.
- To update necessary matrix files for supporting site and business reviews.
- Inform various departments about new project awarded, liase with them for project delivery. Track the project timelines with PM tools like Smartsheets.
- Update BD team with status of project, on need basis.
- Update BD team with outcome of various client visits.
- Update department and site head on the status of the projects on monthly basis.
- Prepare cost and timeline proposals, for RFQ's, based on inputs from PR&D.
- Send monthly updates on status of RFI/ RFQ's.
- Update presentations on capabilities as per client requirement.
- Liase with Finance for raising invoices and pass-through cost on regular basis
- To coordinate from procurement of the chemicals, until the final shipment of the finished targets with experimental details and analytical data.
