Key Responsibilities of Travel Consultant:
- Handle domestic & international travel inquiries from B2C clients via calls, WhatsApp & emails.
- Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, cruises & travel insurance.
- Customize tour itineraries & packages as per client requirements.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet monthly sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings including sightseeing tours, transfers & activities.
- Provide accurate travel consultancy on destinations, travel routes, and visa requirements.
- Stay updated with latest travel trends, airline deals, and hotel offers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales & service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in domestic and international travel sales, especially in group tours and with knowledge of FIT packages, are eligible to apply.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Good knowledge of international destinations
- Ability to convert leads into sales
- Good follow-up and client handling skills
- Basic knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation
