Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to software applications and system components.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis in complex technical environments.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to proactively detect and address system anomalies.
- Good understanding of software lifecycle and support best practices.
