Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design and execute corporate office and retail interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely project delivery with high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Develop innovative design concepts for corporate offices and retail spaces
- Prepare 2D drawings, layout plans, and working drawings
- Create 3D designs, renders, and presentations for client approvals
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into designs
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications
- Visit sites for measurements, supervision, and coordination
- Work closely with execution team, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations
- Assist in project planning, timelines, and delivery
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture design
- Good knowledge of corporate and retail interior standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Site coordination and problem-solving skills
Qualification
- Bachelors / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in corporate office or retail showroom projects
- Practical exposure to site execution and detailing
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
