Build the gold standard of the MBA for the digital & AI first world

Digiaccel Learning is looking to expand its strategic initiatives team. This team works on two kinds of initiatives - business critical or new revenue streams. Think of the team as operators that make an outsized impact by working on the hard, needle moving things at the company.

The company has two established lines of revenue – MDPs (education programs for working professionals to raise the bar/ reskill) and PGP (Reimagined MBA for the digital & AI first world).

We are looking for an data-driven Analytics Manager to power data-backed decision-making in the organization and mentor the next set of business leaders in the country.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the senior leadership to deliver insights and strategic guidance on data management. The individual will manage the analytics function end-to-end - overseeing analysts workflows, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in execution, monitoring key outputs and driving continuous improvement, while playing a key role in mentoring and teaching PGP students in real-world analytics applications.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring data quality, partnering with Program, Sales and other departments to consolidate and organise data, implement and maintain dashboards and support organizational budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. It also requires business understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of key metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analytics

  • Standardize KPIs, reporting definitions, and data views across teams.
  • Identify leakages, bottlenecks, underperformance, and operational deviations through data analysis.
  • Work with business teams to convert raw data into practical insights and decision support.
  • Improve reporting automation and reduce manual, fragmented, spreadsheet-heavy reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of business data used for reviews and decision-making.
  • Measure effectiveness of interventions & analyze platform usage and content consumption trends.

Data Dashboards & Forecasting

  • Create clear MIS, exception reports, trend analyses, and performance trackers for leadership review.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across LMS, and internal tools
  • Create dynamic models to forecast revenue based on lead inflow, conversion rates, pricing, and retention
  • Build scenario planning models (best case, worst case, realistic case)
  • Estimate impact of changes like pricing, discounts, or marketing spends.

Mentorship

  • Training the PGP cohort on business analytics skills
  • Preparing course curriculum, assessments and projects
  • Mentoring students through data-heavy live projects with leading consumer companies

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
  • (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF logic Pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot , Macros / VBA (strong plus)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred)
  • Working knowledge of SQL / databases (good to have)
  • Strong understanding of funnel analytics and cohort analysis
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex insights

Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience in analytics / MIS / business analysis roles
  • Prior experience in Education Sector is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
  • Passionate about education and impact-driven analytics
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Can convert raw data into clear actions for growth and learning improvement
