Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a call centre or customer service environment.
- Proficient in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
