Job Title : Senior Executive (Supply Planning)
Reporting to Leader Supply Planning, India.
Role Objective
We seek an experienced professional to manage supply planning for Lixil planning team based out of Gurugram (HO), India. This position reports to the leader - supply planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Planning & Optimization: Manage supply plans based on forecast and orders on hand. Manage Spare planning and FG planning.
- Material Availability: Carrying out material availability checks and acting as a liaison between manufacturing, logistics, and central supply chain planning
- Manage Purchase orders for Make To order SKUs. Overlook spares planning (more than 2000 SKUs)
- Manage supply planning KPIs – On time in Full (OTIF), Material availability, Reduce backlog orders, Improve inventory quality ratio.
- ERP & Microsoft excel – Must have good understanding of SAP ERP, Microsoft excel
Job Specification
Any graduate
Work Experience- 4- 6 years
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, extremely good in excel and SAP is a must.
Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of end to end business
Key relationships & Communication
Stakeholder management – Commercial team, marketing & product, supplier local & overseas, Service & technical teams.
