Analysts!
Responsibilities
- Perform quality reviews of business processes (e.g., claims, operations) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to standards
- Analyze trends, identify risks, and highlight key quality drivers to improve operational outcomes
- Support structured workflows and ensure timely, accurate completion of deliverables
- Generate insights through data analysis to support decision-making and improve process efficiency
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and quality metrics for stakeholders
- Track performance indicators and ensure SLA adherence
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Claims, Underwriting, Audit, and Operations
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- Act as a liaison to ensure alignment and transparency across teams
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development of quality frameworks, tools, and governance practices
- Support automation and modernization initiatives (including AI-assisted workflows where applicable)
