Analyst - Product Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product training lifecycle for Fortune 1000 clients
• Create customized training content based on client requirements
• Deliver engaging training sessions to client users
• Mentor consultants on training delivery and lifecycle processes
• Review and validate training materials developed by teams
• Develop and maintain standard training documentation for products
• Analyze client usage patterns and improve training effectiveness
• Enhance training processes based on feedback and support tickets
• Create and manage LMS pages for post go-live training access
• Collaborate with consulting, product, and support teams for content accuracy
• Ensure high-quality training delivery within project timelines
