  • Track participation status, follow up consistently, and close data gaps within agreed timelines
  • Position access to Korn Ferry's compensation and benefits database as a value exchange for timely and complete data submission
  • Understand client context and guide them on relevant sectors, benchmarks, job families, and roles available within the database

2. Data Activation and Database Scaling

  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing data density in targeted industries and market segments
  • Assist in mapping client organizations into appropriate peer groups to ensure credibility and executive‑level representation
  • Contribute to improving peer group quality, executive coverage, and confidence in client renewals
  • Promote sector‑specific offerings by highlighting relevant jobs, roles, and job architectures aligned to client industries

3. Collaboration and Cross‑Functional Support

  • Work closely with Commercial, Delivery, and Total Rewards Consulting teams to align on priority accounts
  • Coordinate with Marketing and BDR teams to support participation and data collection campaigns
  • Participate in process improvement discussions to enhance efficiency and client experience
  • Collaborate with product and consulting teams to ensure clients receive the right sector views, job taxonomies, and benchmark outputs

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate with strong communication skills and a proactive, self‑driven mindset
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with HR and senior stakeholders and following up persistently
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, validate, and interpret datasets
  • Interest in HR data, compensation, rewards, and workforce trends
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data templates and spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Internship or project experience in HR, People Analytics, Rewards, or related areas
  • Exposure to compensation surveys, HRIS, or market data
  • Familiarity with data cleaning and basic data visualization tools
