Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Management & Execution:

  • Manage and execute deals across M&A and Private Equity fund raising, ensuring timely and efficient closure.
  • Oversee the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction structuring.

Financial Analysis & Modelling:

  • Develop robust financial models to support transaction valuation and decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations and pitch materials for clients and internal stakeholders.

Origination & Research:

  • Support select origination initiatives, identifying potential opportunities and conducting sector research.
  • Perform in-depth market and company research to inform deal strategy and client recommendations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and updates clearly and professionally.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Managing Director and other team members to ensure alignment on deal strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate due diligence, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, or Private Equity.
  • Prior exposure to deal origination and closure across M&A and Private Equity transactions.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with results-oriented approach.
  • Good understanding of sectors such as Consumer, Technology, Manufacturing, and/or Financial Services is a plus.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Good high school grades.
