Console Execution
Set up and manage campaigns on Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart
Handle bids, keywords, budgets, and daily optimization
Performance Optimization
Improve CPC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS through data-led actions
Use search and performance insights to drive growth
Test and Scale
Run A/B tests on creatives, formats, and keywords
Scale winning campaigns quickly
Budget Control
Track daily spends vs plan
Reduce wastage and improve ROI
Operational Management
Manage multiple campaigns with fast turnaround
Maintain hygiene across dashboards and reports
Desired competencies 35 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Retail Media, E-
commerce, Quick Commerce, or agency background preferred
Hands-on experience with advertising consoles/platform dashboards is
mandatory
Strong analytical skills with a sharp focus on execution and performance
delivery
Comfortable working with live dashboards, real-time data, and campaign
performance metrics
Education Qualification Graduate in any discipline
