About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on campaign experience and a strong understanding of e-commerce or real estate marketing funnels. In this role, you'll manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms, analyse performance, and scale what works.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimisation working closely with our creative strategists and designers to deliver campaigns that convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
- Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimise to achieve business KPIs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
- Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
- Track daily budgets, pacing, and adjust for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Prior experience in real estate or lead gen campaigns preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
- Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
- Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
