About the Role

We're looking for an AI Video Editor who blends creativity with speed, using the latest generative tools to produce high-performing video content. In this role, you'll create engaging short-form and mid form videos for digital platforms, turning ideas into polished assets in a fast paced, performance driven environment. You'll work at the intersection of storytelling, motion design, and AI experimenting with new tools while focusing on what actually drives results.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form and mid-form video content using AI tools (text-to video, image-to-video, AI voice, etc.)
• Transform briefs into compelling visual stories optimized for digital platforms (e.g., social media, paid ads)
• Rapidly prototype and iterate multiple video concepts
• Write and refine prompts to generate high-quality, on-brand visuals and motion
• Edit and assemble AI-generated assets into polished, production-ready videos
• Add voice overs, sound design, and music to enhance storytelling and engagement
• Optimize video content for performance (hooks, pacing, messaging, and CTAs)
• Produce multiple variations for A/B testing and continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience of minimum 2 years in editing video content for digital platforms, including social media, ads, and branded content.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for video or visual creation
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills
• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, Cap Cut, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
