Video Editor

Traverse Media is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and rhythm-obsessed Video Editor to join our team on-site in Ahmedabad. We don't just make videos; we build experiences. If you have a passion for visual storytelling and a knack for making every frame count, we want to hear from you.

As our Video Editor, you will be the final architect of our content. You'll take raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging videos that resonate with our audience. This is a full-time, work-from-office position based at our Ahmedabad headquarters.

• Assemble & Edit: Handle the end-to-end post-production process (cutting, color grading, and sound design).
• Storytelling: Structure narratives that grab attention in the first 3 seconds and keep it until the end.
• Optimization: Tailor content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram/TikTok, and LinkedIn) ensuring the right aspect ratios and pacing.
• Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our creative leads in the office to brainstorm visual styles and transitions.
• Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of footage, music, and project files.
  

• The Pro: 2+ years of professional editing experience with a killer portfolio.
• The Techie: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• The Artist: You have a good eye for pacing, color, and composition.
• The Local: You are currently based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad for a daily office-based role.
  

• Motion Graphics Mastery: If you have a strong understanding of After Effects and can create custom animations, titles, or motion elements to elevate a story, you'll move to the front of the line.
