Role Description

We are looking for highly enterprising engineers who take ownership, move fast, and leverage modern tooling (AI-assisted coding, automation, dev accelerators) to significantly reduce development cycles. This role suits builders who prefer autonomy over process and impact over hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale backend systems and full-stack applications

Own features end-to-end: from architecture → development → deployment → monitoring

Build responsive and performant frontend applications using React

Use modern coding tools (AI copilots, code generators, automation workflows) to accelerate delivery

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability

Collaborate across product, design, and business teams for rapid iteration

Continuously evaluate and adopt tools/frameworks that improve engineering velocity

Required Skills & Experience

3–7+ years of hands-on development experience

Strong proficiency in Node.js

Solid experience with React (hooks, state management, performance optimisation)

Strong experience with MySQL and/or MongoDB

Experience building and deploying on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)

Strong understanding of APIs, system design, and distributed systems

Proven ability to independently drive projects with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in or building for the marketing/adtech ecosystem

Familiarity with event-driven architectures, real-time systems, or data pipelines

Hands-on usage of AI coding tools (Copilot-like tools, prompt-driven development workflows)

Experience building scalable frontend architectures and design systems
