Role Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. This is a dual-role position requiring expertise in both visual design and video production. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality graphics and engaging video content aligned with our brand and product goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Creation: Design high-quality graphics for social media, print media (newspaper ads, posters), digital marketing campaigns, and comprehensive presentation decks.
- Video Production: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos, reels, and short-form content for digital and social platforms. Add graphics, animations, and sound to enhance storytelling.
- Regional Localization: Conceptualize, typeset, and format visually appealing designs utilizing Gujarati text. Ensure all regional assets align with the cultural mindset and campaign objectives.
- Cross-Platform Workflow: Manage complex design files and ensure seamless compatibility and conversion between vector software, particularly when preparing assets for print versus digital deployment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience. Freshers with a good creative portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Design Tools: Good working knowledge of CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photo shop , Canva etc..
- Video Tools: Comfortable using video editing software (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Agile & AI Tools: Highly proficient in Canva (including Magic Studio) for rapid social media asset generation. Familiarity with AI-driven tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT to assist in creative ideation and asset generation.
- Language Skills: You must be able to read, write, and type fluently in Gujarati.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both static design (including complex layouts/decks) and video editing projects.
