AI/ML Engineer

Looking for an ML/AI Engineer with strong NLP expertise, hands-on experience in transformers and LLM fine-tuning, and proficiency in Python, FastAPI/Flask, and REST APIs. The role involves integrating ML models into microservices, implementing MLOps practices, and working with cloud ML platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Additional advantage for experience with vector databases, search/recommendation systems, and basic data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1.ML & AI Expertise:

• Strong in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and document intelligence.

.Experience with text classification, entity extraction, OCR, embeddings, vector databases

• Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering for enterprise use
• Experience with transformers (BERT, RoBERTa, LLaMA, GPT models)
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and semantic search

2.Engineering & Integration Skills

• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs.
• Experience integrating ML models into microservices architecture
• Understanding of MLOps: model versioning, monitoring, deployment (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
• Familiarity with cloud ML stacks (AWS, Azure, GCP)

3. Desirable Add-ons

• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate)
• Experience building search/recommendation systems
• Basic data engineering (ETL pipelines, data cleaning for text and documents)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Expertise.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
