Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows using AI-powered tools. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency by integrating AI solutions into business processes, reducing manual work, and enhancing productivity across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows across various business functions
  • Identify repetitive tasks and processes that can be optimized through automation
  • Integrate tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), and APIs to streamline operations
  • Develop and manage AI-based solutions using platforms like ChatGPT, OpenAI, or similar
  • Build and maintain automation for data processing, reporting, and communication workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation performance
  • Document workflows and processes for internal use and scalability

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n)
  • Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI API, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think logically and systematically
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Exposure to no-code/low-code platforms
  • Experience with data handling, analytics, or dashboards
  • Understanding of business operations and process optimization
