The Role
We are Prime Ambit Pvt. Ltd. (a sister concern of Splitmoon Studios), a fast-growing fintech and Web3 company bridging traditional finance and blockchain. As we expand our technical capabilities, we are seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to lead our operational efficiency initiatives.
This is a dual-function role:
- Internal Operations: You will architect and maintain autonomous agentic workflows across all business functions (Growth, HR, Operations) to maximize internal efficiency.
- Client Solutions: You will serve as the technical lead for our automation services, helping design and validate custom AI solutions (including RAG and Multi-Agent Systems) for our enterprise clients.
You will report directly to the Founder. We require a candidate capable of independent research, rapid API integration, and end-to-end deployment of production-grade workflows.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Core Orchestration:n8n (Primary proficiency required), Zapier, Make.com.
- Agentic AI: Experience building Autonomous Agents that can plan, execute, and self-correct (using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or advanced n8n loops).
- RAG & Knowledge Bases: Ability to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase) to let AI chat with company data.
- AI Integration: OpenAI API (GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet), OpenRouter, System Prompt Engineering.
- Data & APIs: Google Sheets (Advanced scripting), AirTable, REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON parsing.
- Outreach & Enrichment:Apollo.io, PhantomBuster, Clay, Google Custom Search API, LinkedIn Automation Tools.
Key Responsibilities
1.Automated Lead Sourcing System (Primary Focus)
- Design and maintain a robust n8n workflow for end-to-end lead generation.
- Workflow Scope: Automate Google Search querying to source LinkedIn profiles, enrich data via GPT-4, verify emails (Apollo.io), and dispatch personalized outreach.
- Optimization: Implement logic for pagination, API rate-limit handling, error logging, and data deduplication.
- Target: Consistent generation of high-quality, enriched LinkedIn leads with minimal manual intervention.
2.Enterprise Operations & Agentic Automation
- Social Media: Automate LinkedIn and Twitter/X content scheduling, cross-posting, and engagement tracking.
- Agentic Workflows: Move beyond simple triggers; build AI Agents that can autonomously monitor email inboxes, categorize tickets, draft replies, and update CRMs without human input.
- Knowledge Retrieval: Implement RAG systems that allow internal teams to query HR policies or project docs via a simple chat interface.
3.Client Solutions & Technical Pre-Sales
- Technical Consultation: Collaborate with leadership during client proposals to demonstrate automation capabilities and validate technical feasibility.
- Solution Architecture: Analyze client workflows to design custom automation architectures (e.g., Customer Support AI Agent or Document Processing Pipeline).
- POC Development: Rapidly build and deploy Proof-of-Concept workflows to demonstrate value and secure client projects.
4.Knowledge Management & Training
- Internal Documentation: Create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for all deployed automations.
- Content Development: Assist in creating technical educational materials (whitepapers, case studies, or training modules) regarding AI Agents and Business Automation.
Candidate Profile
- Execution-First Mindset: Demonstrated ability to connect disparate tools (e.g., n8n + Vector DBs + LLMs) to solve specific business problems rapidly.
- Modern AI Literacy: You understand the difference between a simple chatbot and an autonomous agent, and you know when to use RAG vs. fine-tuning.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand the business goal behind an automation (e.g., cost reduction, conversion rate optimization) rather than just the code.
- Work Ethic: Comfortable working in a high-paced, in-office environment with a 6-day work week.
