AI & Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Driven Productivity Optimization: Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to automate repetitive processes, improve efficiency, and optimize workflows across teams.
• Automation Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute automation strategies using RPA, AI, and low-code/no-code tools to eliminate bottlenecks in business operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, product managers, and technology teams to drive AI transformation initiatives and scale automation impact.
• Change Management & Upskilling: Educate teams on AI-driven automation and facilitate smooth adoption of new processes.
• AI Tool Implementation & Integration: Deploy and manage AI tools such as NLP models, chatbots, document automation, and workflow optimization solutions.
• Process Mapping & Enhancement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess pain points, design automation solutions, and implement AI-enabled productivity enhancements.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize AI-driven analytics to provide actionable insights, drive continuous improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously track and refine automation solutions using key performance indicators (KPIs) and AI-driven analytics.

Required Skills

:Technical Skills

• :Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms (Bubble, Zapier AI, Make, Gumloop, n8n)
• .Basic working understanding of backend implementation such as API integrations, Python, and JavaScript
• .Familiarity with video editing and graphic editing tools (Heygen, Synthesia
