Role Description The Agent role at MediReach Healthcare Communication is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajarhat. The Agent will act as a key liaison between the company and its clients, managing inquiries, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring timely communication throughout each production or campaign. Daily responsibilities include handling client calls and emails, scheduling and confirming meetings, collecting and organizing project information, and following up on action items with internal teams. The Agent will support contract and documentation processes, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and assist with basic reporting on client activity and project status. This role requires close collaboration with production, creative, and operations teams to help deliver healthcare communication projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM or tracking systems).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Rajarhat and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in client service, coordination, or administrative support in media, communications, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in communication, business, media, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in healthcare communication, media, and film production, with a willingness to learn industry-specific practices.
