Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused sales professionals with experience in real estate, hospitality, or consultative sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing property visits, maintaining lead pipelines, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Coordinate and conduct property visits
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate lead data and updates in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Drive bookings and contribute to occupancy targets
Requirements
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Sales roles preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric and proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
