Role Description This is a full-time, on-site LIC Insurance Agent role based in Vadodara. The LIC Insurance Agent will identify and approach prospective clients, understand their financial goals and protection needs, and recommend suitable LIC insurance plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing and submitting proposals, and assisting customers with documentation and onboarding. The role involves maintaining regular contact with policyholders, providing after-sales service, managing renewals, and supporting claim-related queries. The agent will also participate in local marketing activities, training programs, and performance reviews to meet sales targets in a compliant and ethical manner.
