We are looking for an Agency Sales Manager/Media Partnerships Manager to build and scale relationships with advertising agencies and media planners, driving repeat business and positioning us as a must-buy media option.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency Partnerships & Sales:
· Build and manage relationships with media agencies
· Pitch our solution as a new-age outdoor media solution
· Drive campaign closures via agencies for multiple brands
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership:
· Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
· Build a strong agency pipeline across categories (FMCG, QSR, Retail, Real Estate)
· Convert pilot campaigns into repeat business
Pitching & Deal Closure:
· Present solutions to media planners and brand teams
· Customize proposals based on client objectives (awareness, footfall, launches)
· Negotiate pricing without diluting long-term value
Market Feedback Loop:
· Bring insights from agencies to improve packaging, pricing, and inventory planning
· Work closely with ops and marketing teams
Relationship Management:
· Become the go-to person for agencies for our campaigns
· Ensure smooth coordination during campaign execution
· Drive renewals and long-term partnerships
Desired Candidate Profile:
Mandatory:
· 5–10 years experience in agency sales / media sales / ad sales
· Strong network within media agencies and planners
· Experience selling OOH / DOOH / Transit Media / Digital Media
