- Recruit and develop a team of Insurance Advisors
- Drive business through agency channel
- Achieve monthly annual sales targets

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI / Insurance Sales
- Agency channel experience preferred
- Strong communication team handling skills
- Graduation preferred
