Job Description
- Recruiting and building high performing distribution network of Part Time Employees (PTEs)called as Financial Consultants (FCs)
- Training, motivating and driving these FCs to recruit Advisors (agents)and sell insurance through them
- Ability to analyze data and market trends
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency
- Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
- Providing pre and post sales service support
- Making the FCs and Advisors fulfill their financial goals
- Ensuring FCs and Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity
- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets by mentoring Financial Consultants from varied age group and experience
