Job Description

• Recruiting and building high performing distribution network of Part Time Employees (PTEs)called as Financial Consultants (FCs)
• Training, motivating and driving these FCs to recruit Advisors (agents)and sell insurance through them
• Ability to analyze data and market trends
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency
• Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
• Providing pre and post sales service support
• Making the FCs and Advisors fulfill their financial goals
• Ensuring FCs and Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity
• One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets by mentoring Financial Consultants from varied age group and experience
