Role Description:

We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Executive to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Agartala. In this role, you will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for identifying untapped market opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and building lasting relationships with strategic partners. You will work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with our core mission, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing institutional partners.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal product and mentor teams to ensure business development efforts align with company goals.

Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction and successful delivery of our services.

Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Whether your background is in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Engineering, we value your drive and communication skills above all else.

Experience:
Proven track record in Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar sales-focused role. We love people who are comfortable making things happen.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You should be able to tell a story and engage diverse stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:
A get-it-done attitude. Startups move fast; we need someone who can find solutions on the fly.
The Startup Spark: Prior experience in a startup environment is a major plus. We're looking for someone who wants to build something from the ground up.
